Enrollment Policies

1. Registration Deadlines & Capacities

• Tournament registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration closes at the published deadline date/time or when the tournament capacity limit is reached, whichever occurs first. Late registrations or on-site registrations are not guaranteed and may incur additional late fees if permitted.

2. Experience & Division Verification

• Novice vs. Point Series / Open: Novice divisions are strictly reserved for athletes meeting specific experience thresholds (e.g., less than 3 years of tournament experience). Misrepresenting an athlete’s experience level or age/grade level may result in immediate disqualification without a refund.
• Weigh-Ins & Weight Classes: Athletes must make their registered weight class during official weigh-ins according to OAC tournament rules. Failure to make weight may result in disqualification depending on event-specific guidelines.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment of entry fees is required at the time of online registration.
• Unpaid registrations will not be processed, bracketed, or held.
