STATE WEIGH IN INFORMATION

Grade School Weigh-In Map

Wrestlers get two tries on the first scale, then one on designated scale.

No exercise, no dehydrating, no re-hydrating or leaving the scale room to come back for extra tries is permitted at District or State weigh-in.

Running or exercising to lose weight anywhere at the Covelli Centre is strictly prohibited. Security Staff will eject anyone that is in violation of the rule.

Only wrestlers will be allowed on the floor for the weigh-in process.

No parents or coaches. No food, drink or backpacks allowed on the arena floor during weigh-ins.

Wrestlers with a skin condition must have official skin form with them and present to the inspection official during weigh-in process. SKIN FORM

Wrestlers who wear braces must bring their mouth guard with them and present to the inspection official during weigh-in process.

Wrestlers with long hair must bring hair covering with them and present to the inspection official during weigh-in process.

Wrestlers approach the inspection official with singlet straps down.

Wrestlers pull up singlet straps before stepping on scale

Bring flip flops with you to wear during the weigh-in process and remove beofre stepping on the scale (no socks).

Bring shoes to change into after your matches. This is to keep the wrestling mats clean.

JUNIOR HIGH STATE SUNDAY WEIGHT OUTS WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN  1PM & 3 PM. WRESTLERS GET 2 CHANCES ON ASSIGNED SCALE AND 1 ON SCALE IN ASSIGNED AREA.

GRADE SCHOOL D4 SUNDAY WEIGHT OUTS WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN 12:30PM & 2:30 PM. WRESTLERS GET 2 CHANCES ON ASSIGNED SCALE AND 1 ON SCALE IN ASSIGNED AREA.
