There will be a Grade School Division added to the Jr. High Dual Meet State Championships. The Grade School Dual Meet State Championships will be wrestled along side the Jr. High in Columbus @ Kilbourne High School on February 24. There will only be 8-10 teams accepted. The Ohio Athletic Committee is putting in place a trial weight class for Division 1 Grade School State this March. The new weight class is 75+. This weight will not be contested at the district level in 2013. Anyone that has a division 1 wrestlers that weighs more than 75lbs. Can contact info@ohioathletics.com to enter your wrestler. As mentioned, this is a trial basis to see if the interest suggests it should be added for 2014.
Individual State Top 10 Each Weight Community Team There has been a lot of movement in the Community Team Standings. Mason, Team Ray and Springboro crack the top 10 and the race for the championship is beginning to heat up All-Star Team Burnett Trained Wrestling still has a sizeable lead. Plamer Wrestling and Team Burns have a nice jump in points. The race for 3rd is interesting between Team Burns and Moeller and Team Miron not far behind
